I began sewing at the age of 5 and soon developed the urge to create my own designs and growing up in Sweden has had a strong influence.

However I have lived in Yorkshire for 45 years and I am still in awe of the Natural beauty of its hills and dales, its charming villages, quaint seaside towns Abbey's and historical buildings.

My work concentrates on crosstitch pictures from across the region but I also produce wall hangers, cards, bookmarks etc.

For many years  I left the crafting world alone, but back in 2018  I was diagnosed with lung cancer and was treated at the specialist cancer unit at St James's Hospital, Leeds.

It was during my long slow recovery that I picked up a needle once again.

As a thank you to the staff for the wonderful treatment that saved my life, I designed and made a large cross stitch picture of the Bexley Wing and presented it to them as part of the

NHS 70 celebrations.

I am proud to say that is still where my picture  hangs  and its creation was the spark that relighted the fire of my disire to create

After many inquiries I now make craft kits for children and adults alike for some of my designs with all the materials you need and simple easy to follow instructions

I also take commisions for specialized one off creations and I am happy to alter any of my pieces to make them more personal to you.
